The grapes for the 2009 St. Helena Zinfandel were harvested from a vineyard located near Zinfandel Lane just south of the town of St. Helena in the center of the Napa Valley. The harvest date was September 12th with a sugar of 25.1 degrees Brix, a TA of .58mg/ml and a ph of 3.33. The wine was fermented in a small stainless steel tank and pumped over 3 times per day for 6 days and aged in French oak barrels for 17 months. Bottled February 16th
